E-Commerce in minutes via Adobe AIR…

Friday, April 24th, 2009

We are psyched to announce the public availability of our E-ComBanner application. Thanks to Adobe Flex, AIR, LCDS and ColdFusion we believe we now offer the FASTEST and EASIEST way for users to add E-Commerce to any site or blog. (Stay tuned for the mobile version)…We could go on and on about what it does and how it works but since seeing is BELIEVING. If you like what you see please sign up for a trial banner “Test Drive Today!” link on our homepage. The brains behind the banner is our E-ComBannerAdmin - Adobe AIR application which literally allows you to control every facet of your banner from your desktop… (design, add products, deploy, etc.)  We think we couldn’t have made E-Commerce any easy… but we will let you be the judge!designer2.jpg

LC E-Commerce Solutions has released a new application named E-ComBanner as part of its Tacoma RIA E-Commerce suite of applications. E-ComBanners allow instant deployment and management of an online shop in a unique banner which can be embedded into or float and dissolve within any web page.  One-click checkout within the banner is powered by PayPal and Google Checkout and customers’ products and banners are managed by an easy to use desktop application built on an Adobe AIR platform.

An SaaS (Software as Service) application, E-ComBanners require no software or hosting. Additionally, data transferred to/from the BannerAdmin application is secured via SSL.

Some of the unique features include:
•    Instant importation of product from a .csv file
•    Multi-level navigation from within the banner
•    Additional product criteria search feature
•    Ability to change product attributes in real-time
•    Transaction notification and reporting
•    Analytics integration for tracking
•    3rd party API integration for fulfillment.

The E-ComBanner is the first of the Tacoma suite of products to be made available publicly. Built on the Adobe Flash platform, the E-ComBanner is intended to be the entry level product of the Tacoma suite of expandable and buildable e-commerce solutions. Users interested in growing their online presence can evolve from the E-ComBanner to the BoutiqueShop, which is a fully functional store that can be used as a stand-alone E-Commerce shop or fused into an existing static online store. Upcoming product releases of FlagShip and MallStore will provided complete turn-key Flex-driven enterprise level online stores, capable of handling up to several hundred thousand products.

LC E-Commerce Solutions, LLC is a dynamic company that is continually engaged in the process of enhancing its current products and strategically develops new products to improve the on-line e-tailing experience.

Lighting Concepts RIA Store launched

Wednesday, June 25th, 2008

hi,

we officially launched lightingconcepts.com online store today and we are pleased to say we used just about every adobe product available excepts perhaps ’soundbooth’… (but give us time)…

while i am not real big on blogging (or CAPS as can see) i am very keen on combining adobe’s ria technologies and creating cutting edge applications for e-tail.

if you have an interest in the above please continue to check back from time to time. my goal is document here some of the newest innovations in ria commerce (with a flex slant of course) and create an archive of gotcha’s and kudo’s with some of the applications we have development…

in the meantime, go shop for a nice light : )
